Registration Fees

A maximum of four representatives per company can register for the event (with the only exception of the supporters who have more than 4 tickets included in their package). This is to ensure that a wide range of companies can attend. We will review this policy on 31 October depending on available space.

All tickets and prices will be released closer to the event

*Emerging companies: Companies that have raised less than £5 million and with sales of less than £2 million a year.

DATA COLLECTION AND USE

Your full name, company name, email address, dietary requirements and telephone number will be collected upon registration and used to contact you about this event. Your data will be processed and stored as per our privacy statement: https://www.bioindustry.org/privacy-statement.html

Your full name, company name and dietary requirements might be shared with the three-event venues if required by them, to allow you access to their premises, and to accommodate any dietary requirements you might have provided. Please check the 'Venues' tab to see what venues we have secured.

Your full name, company name, job title, email address and telephone number will be encrypted in a QR code which will be printed on your badge. This will facilitate the exchange of contact details as exhibitors at the event will be able to scan the QR codes.

You will have the choice at the event to allow/refuse to have your QR code scanned. By choosing to allow anyone to scan your badge, you will be providing them with your personal data and you will consent to this personal data being used to contact you about their products or services, and for your personal data to be processed and stored.

Only allow your badge to be scanned if you wish to be contacted post-event. You will be able to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the exhibitor.

COVID RELATED SAFETY MEASURES

In order to ensure everyone feels safe attending the event, and depending on the Covid related government and venue rules at the time, we might require that all attendees take a lateral flow test prior to the event and/or that they wear a mask.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

We take photographs at all of our events and occasionally record videos. Photos and videos are often used for marketing purposes (e.g.: on Twitter, on direct marketing emails, etc). If you do not wish for photos or a video of you to be made public, please let us know by emailing [email protected]

DELEGATE LIST

At many of our events, we distribute delegates lists to attendees. These lists consist of the full name and company name of all registered attendees, but do not include contact details such as email addresses. We don’t allow third parties to use these lists for promotional purposes without your express consent. If you don’t want to be on the delegate list for an event, please let us know by emailing [email protected]

The data that the BIA will collect from you will be treated in accordance with the above and with our privacy statement. This is necessary in order for you to be able to join the event and is, therefore, a precondition of service.
